Cancellation Policy

While we hate to enforce it, we do have a cancellation policy. If you cancel ten (10) days or more prior to your arrival, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. If the cancellation is 9 or less days then one night of the highest daily rate reserved will be forfeited.
